Radcliffe’s home turns from quiet and orderly into a place of respite for everyone. Radcliffe is the complete opposite of Charlie. In order to flee in a way that they simply can’t be found, Charlie decides that it will be less conspicuous if one of them dresses as a man! This is where Radcliffe comes on the scene and decides to help the young lady and her brother flee to London. Beth and Charlie are due to be married to elderly “gentlemen” with questionable character as soon as possible by their uncle. ![]() ![]() When they are left in the hands of their gamble-happy uncle, Charlie has to make a spur-of-the-moment plan to save their skins.
